摘要
Abstract
Triggering is a vital component in controlled ovarian stimulation(COS).The timing and method of triggering directly influence the maturity of oocytes,the oocyte retrieval rate,and the quality of embryos,and are closely associated with pregnancy outcomes and the safety of treatment.The timing of triggering is typically evaluated comprehensively considering factors such as the diameter and number of follicles,hormonal levels,and the condition of the endometrium.The triggering method needs to be formulated with reference to aspects including the ovulation promotion protocol,clinical parameters,and the individualized characteristics of patients.关键词
