Impact of controlled ovarian stimulation on luteal function and luteal phase support
摘要
Abstract
Controlled ovarian stimulation(COS),as the cornerstone of assisted reproductive technology,profoundly alters the reproductive endocrine microenvironment by promoting multifollicular development.The supraphysiological estrogen levels induced by COS suppress LH secretion through negative feedback,while the administration of GnRH analogs further disrupts pituitary function.The granulosa cell loss during oocyte retrieval and impaired steroidogenesis collectively contribute to luteal phase deficiency.Current luteal support strategies demonstrate diversified characteristics,primarily including progesterone preparations,hCG,estradiol,GnRH-a,and rLH.However,no consensus has been reached regarding optimal drug combinations and treatment timing.关键词
