Abstract
The 2025 Asia-Pacific oXiris Expert Consensus on Application of oXiris Adsorptive Hemofilter in Patients with Sepsis and Hyperinflammatory Conditions has developed 17 consensus statements(including 3 recommendations and 14 practice points)through the Delphi methodology,providing regional,graded and evidence-based guidance for the clinical application of the adsorptive hemofilter oXiris in patients with sepsis,septic shock,severe novel coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and other hyperinflammatory conditions.The consensus covers key clinical issues including target patients,timing of treatment initiation,efficacy monitoring,indications for discontinuation and technical parameter settings,with a specific recommendation on prophylactic use in high-risk acute kidney injury patients undergoing cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass.The expert panel noted that,in light of the heterogeneity and limitations of current evidence,it is imperative to perform more high-quality prospective observational and randomized controlled trials to further elucidate the optimal application strategies and target populations that benefit from oXiris across various clinical settings.关键词
