不同药剂处理对甜菜种子萌发的影响
Effects of Different Chemical Treatments on Germination of Sugar Beet Seeds

Abstract
[Objective]To screen out high-efficiency priming agents that promote the germination of sugar beet seeds.[Methods]Eight chemical agents,such as brassinolide,diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DA-6),and gibberellin,etc.were used to determine the germination rate,germination energy,germination index(GI),and vigor index(VI)of sugar beet variety'STM1718'under different treatment durations(6,8,12,and 24 hours).[Results]Through comprehensive evaluation,it was found that treating seeds with 10 mg/L DA-6 for 6 hours exhibited a better seed priming effect than other priming agents.Compared to other treatments,its germination energy and germination rate increased by 2.00-33.33 and 2.33-31.00 percentage points,respectively;the germination index(GI)increased by 5.03%-78.77%;the vigor index(VI)was 0.70%lower than that of the treatment with 0.075%fulvic acid for 12 hours,but it was 1.00%-68.54%higher than that of other treatments.Treating seeds with 0.2 mmol/L gibberellin showed a certain inhibitory effect on seed germination.Different agents all had a stimulating effect on the germination of sugar beet seeds,but different treatment durations would affect the final results.Therefore,the corresponding optimal duration should be used when treating seeds with different agents.[Conclusion]This study not only provides a scientific basis for the selection of sugar beet seed priming agents,but also offers an important reference for the optimization of seed treatment technology and the improvement of agricultural production efficiency.关键词
