皮层听觉诱发电位在儿童人工耳蜗植入评估中的应用
The Application of Cortical Auditory Evoked Potential to the Evaluation of Cochlear Implantation in Children
摘要
Abstract
CAEP is a bio-electric response generated by the cerebral cortex after receiving sound stimulation, providing an important window for us to objectively assess the function of the auditory pathway, especially the central auditory processing ability. The dynamic monitoring technology of CAEP quantifies core parameters such as P1,N1,and P2,offering a key assessment method for neural remodeling and precise rehabilitation after cochlear implantation(CI)in children.Research shows that the electrophysiological changes in the auditory cortex of the brain after cochlear implantation mark the maturation and reorganization of auditory function.Bilateral CI recipients exhibit a phenomenon of hemispheric dominance transfer, revealing the brain's cross-modal reorganization mechanism.Combined with cognitive training,it can significantly improve the speech recognition rate of special populations. However, the current field faces bottlenecks such as the lack of a standardized system and the interference of individual differences. In the future,it is necessary to build a multi-center database and integrate functional neuroimaging technology to establish a multi-modal assessment model of"neural response-behavioral performance-central mechanism",promoting the leap of rehabilitation strategies to"neural adaptation"and fully empowering the neural plasticity potential of children with severe sensorineural hearing loss who have undergone cochlear implantation.关键词
