Abstract
For cochlear implant(CI)recipients,it is often challenging to fully attend to and filter target sounds in complex acoustic environments,leading to difficulties in acquiring critical information.As an emerging category of electrophysiological technique,auditory attention-related electrophysiology can be applied to pre-and postoperative testing and evaluation of patients,enabling the objective assessment of CI users'capacity to selectively process key auditory information in complex listening situations.This article reviews its neurophysiological mechanisms,recording and processing techniques,specific applications,and future developments.Providing theoretical basis and technical reference for the precise assessment and personalized rehabilitation of cochlear implant recipients.关键词
