基于机器学习的公立医院老年健康服务提供者满意度及影响因素分析
Analysis on the Satisfaction and Influencing Factors of Elderly Health Service Providers in Public Hospitals Based on Machine Learning

Abstract
Objective To understand the satisfaction status of elderly health service providers in public hospitals and its influ-encing factors.Methods A total of 1366 elderly health service providers were selected from five tertiary public hospitals by multi-stage cluster proportional model sampling method.Logistic regression model,random forest and XGBoost model were constructed by Python.Sensitivity,accuracy,specificity,accuracy,F1 index and AUC index were used to evaluate the classification accuracy and explanatory ability of these models.And the optimal algorithm and prediction model were selected.SHAP method was used to quantify the features and analyze the feature contribution.Results The overall satisfaction score of elderly health service providers was(3.79±0.58).The prediction accuracy of the test set of logistic regression,random forest and XGBoost model was 0.845,0.836 and 0.861,respectively.Their sensitivity was 0.905,0.916 and 0.928,respectively.Their accuracy rate was 0.855,0.860 and 0.875,respectively.Their F1 index was 0.891,0.891 and 0.901,respectively.And AUC of the test set was 0.885,0.892 and 0.914,respectively.The global analysis of SHAP showed that the order of importance was human resource management factors(salary performance,selection and allocation,training and development,SHAP values of which was 0.58,0.17,0.12,respectively),personal factors(knowledge structure and ability level,working years,professional title,SHAP values of which was 0.05,0.05,0.02,respectively),which were significantly positively correlated with satisfaction except for working years.The results at the local level showed that the overall importance ranking of human resource management and personal factors was consistent with the global distribution,but showed significantly individual heterogeneity.Conclusion The overall satisfaction of eld-erly health service providers in the sample area is at a medium level,and its core influencing factors showed the significant charac-teristics of"human resource management leading-individual coordination".Among which,performance compensation manage-ment plays a vital role,and there are problems such as salary imbalance,talent shortage,and career development bottlenecks.In the future,it is suggested to focus on optimizing salary incentives,strengthening specialist personnel training,and implementing differentiated individual management to help improve the satisfaction and high-quality development of elderly health services.关键词
