基于CiteSpace分析的我国临床医生岗位胜任力评估的研究进展
Research Progress of Job Competency Assessment of China's Clinician Based on CiteSpace Analysis

Abstract
Objective To conduct visualized analysis on the relevant literature in the field of clinician job competency assessment in China,and provide reference for promoting the in-depth development of clinician job competency assessment.Methods Literature related to the assessment of the competence of clinicians' positions in China were systematic searched in the China Knowledge Net-work database,and conducted bibliometric analysis on annual number of publications,authors,institutions,keywords,etc.,to ex-plore the current status and hotspots of the research in this field.Results The overall trend of annual publications on clinician job competence in China is increasing year by year.In terms of the authors collaborated across regions,Ge Xuhua had the largest num-ber of articles.The main institutions of the study were concentrated in developed cities such as Shanghai and Wuhan,with the imbal-ance in regional distribution.And the research hotspots mainly focused on clinician job competency and clinical teaching reform,and physician teaching training.Conclusion The results of CiteSpace analysis showed that certain progress has been made in the field of clinician job competency assessment in China,but there are still problems such as lack of cross-regional cooperation,regional differences in research institutions,and insufficient research depth in certain areas.It is suggested to focus on strengthening the co-operation between scholars and institutions to expand the depth and dimension of research in the future.关键词
