小胶质细胞在癫痫发生中作用的研究进展
Research progress on role of microglia in development of epilepsy
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,an increasing number of scholars have explored the relationship between microglia and epilepsy,discovering that neuroinflammation mediated by microglia through polarization and phagocytosis,oxidative stress,destruc-tion of the blood-brain barrier,neurogenesis,etc.are closely related to the onset of epilepsy.Numerous studies have found that microglia play a bidirectional regulatory role in the occur-rence of epilepsy,which is mainly related to their phenotypes and polarization.Taking microglia and the onset of epilepsy as the starting point,this paper reviews the role of microglia polar-ization and phagocytosis-mediated neuroinflammation in epilep-tic seizures in recent years,aiming to provide new ideas and tar-gets for the clinical prevention and treatment of epilepsy.关键词
