人工智能在中西医结合诊治银屑病中的现状和展望
The current situation and prospects of artificial intelligence in the integrated diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease.Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has shown significant potential in improving therapeutic effects and reducing side effects.However,it still faces challenges such as strong subjectivity in syndrome type judgment and difficulty in data integration.Artificial intelligence technology through advanced methods such as machine learning and computer vision,has made remarkable progress classification of psoriasis syndrome types in traditional Chinese medicine,mining of prescription patterns,diagnosis and severity assessment in Western medicine,and prediction of therapeutic effects.At present,the syndrome classification model based on neural networks has an accuracy rate above 88%,and the deep learning model even outperforms some dermatologists in the identification of skin lesions.Nevertheless,uneven data quality,difficulties in multimodal fusion,insufficient clinical validation,and system integration issues remain the main challenges that need to be urgently addressed at present.In the future,efforts should be made to develop data standardization and lightweight models,etc.,to further promote the precision and personalization of artificial intelligence in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis.关键词
