Progress and application prospect of cell reprogramming
摘要
Abstract
Cell reprogramming is a key frontier direction in the field of cell therapy.With the deepening of scientists'understanding in both in ivtro and in vivo reprogramming techniques,many important advances have been made in just over a decade.At present,somatic cell reprogramming technology has really reached a critical stage that can solve the unmet clinical needs and implement industrialization.This paper reviews the reprogramming mechanism and research progress of several mainstream technical paths of somatic cell reprogramming,selects the four most representative application directions from the perspective of actual clinical value,and future prospects on the industrial transformation.关键词
