基于Citespace的风湿免疫临床大数据研究热点与趋势分析
Analysis of research hotspots and trends in clinical big data of rheumatology and immunology based on Citespace
摘要
Abstract
Objective This study examines the current status,research hotspots,and emerging trends in rheumatology and immunology clinical big data using the Web of Science Core Collection database.Methods Bibliometric analysis combined with Citespace software visualization was employed,including keyword clustering,burst detection,and timeline analyses,to delineate the status,hotspots,and emerging directions of big-data studies in rheumatic and immune diseases.Results Analysis of 8 812 included publications yielded three primary findings:①Keyword clustering analysis:research hotspots in rheumatology and immunology clinical big data primarily fall into seven categories:artificial intelligence,machine learning,personality traits,big data analysis,precision diagnosis,cutting-edge technologies,and disease classification.②Keyword emergence analysis:early studies focused on clinical observation and exploratory correlation analysis;mid-stage research shifted toward practice standardization,evidenced by heightened attention to clinical guidelines and laboratory medicine;recent and future research prioritizes validating the efficacy and safety of disease intervention measures.③Keyword timeline analysis:research hotspots in clinical big data can be categorized into"technological tools"and"clinical themes,"exhibiting a mutually reinforcing dynamic.Conclusions Technological innovation and clinical demand jointly drive the vigorous development of rheumatology and immunology big data.This advancement propels rheumatic and immunological diseases beyond traditional diagnostic and therapeutic models,enabling precision intervention and personalized medicine throughout the entire treatment process.Ultimately,it achieves the goal of patient-centered,individualized health management,contributing Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the global prevention and control of rheumatic and immune diseases.关键词
