摘要

Abstract

Alzheimer's disease currently lacks effective treatment,making early diagnosis and prediction of disease progression especially critical.Artificial intelligence(AI)has matured at the medicine-engineering interface and can now uncover hidden links between multimodal patient data and disease biology.Here we systematically review AI applications in AD diagnosis and prognosis,summarizes its present use across multimodal data—brain imaging,neuropsychological assessment,language function,and other behavioral features—and synthesizes current technical and translational bottlenecks while outlining future directions.This article,by summarizing and generalizing relevant literature,shows that AI technology enhances the diagnostic efficiency of AD and the predictive ability for the clinical progression of the disease by integrating data from different semantic levels.This article provides reference value for the application of AI technology in the field of AD and the in-depth development of interdisciplinary medical-engineering research in AD studies.
