术前预康复对训练伤致前交叉韧带重建术后功能恢复的影响
The Impact of preoperative rehabilitation in the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injury caused by training

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of preoperative rehabilitation on postoperative functional recovery in patients with anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injuries caused by training-related trauma undergoing ACL reconstruction.Methods A total of 63 patients with ACL injuries confirmed to have surgical indications through by imaging and physical examination,treated at Northern Theater Command General Hospital between January 2023 and June 2024,were enrolled.Participants were divided into a prehabilitation group(n=32,underwent 2 weeks of preoperative rehabilitation)and a conventional group(n=31,received standard preoperative care).Outcomes included preoperative and postoperative(3 months)Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)scores,Tegner activity level scores,Lysholm knee scores,and adverse events.Results All patients were followed up for 3-15(7.3±2.9)months.Postoperative outcomes improved significantly compared to preoperative values in both groups(P<0.05).The prehabilitation group exhibited higher postoperative IKDC scores(76.56±5.45 vs.70.25±6.57)and Lysholm scores(78.15±6.58 vs.70.80±10.07)than the conventional group(P<0.05),whereas no significant differences were observed in VAS or Tegner scores(P>0.05).No severe adverse events(e.g.,infection,thrombosis)occurred in either group(P>0.05).Conclusions Pre-operative prehabilitation significantly enhances knee function after ACL reconstruction in training-injury patients,facilitates return to duty,and is safe.关键词
