摘要
Abstract
Neuralgic amyotrophy(NA)is a peripheral nerve disorder characterized by an acute onset of severe pain in the distribution of the brachial plexus,followed by progressive muscle weakness and atrophy.While its clinical phenotype has been extensively documented,the underlying pathophysiological mechanisms remain unclear.Emerging evidence suggests that NA is a complex,multifactorial disorder involving immune-mediated processes,genetic predisposition,microvascular dysfunction,and neuroinflammatory mechanisms.This review provides a comprehensive review of current research on the pathogenesis of NA,aiming to offer theoretical support for future research and therapeutic development.关键词
