我国"十五五"渔业经济学科发展战略研究
Research on the development strategy of China's fishery economics discipline during the 15th Five-Year Plan period
摘要
Abstract
The 15th Five-Year Plan period is critical for advancing China's fishery economy and strengthening its disciplinary framework.Fishery economics faces significant opportunities from evolving national strategies,technological innovation,and deepening global governance,alongside challenges including geopolitical and climate risks,theoretical and methodological gaps,disconnects between research and practice,and a shortage of high-level talent.To develop the discipline into a core think tank for national governance,an innovation engine for industry transformation,and a key participant in global governance,a strategy centered on"data-driven,intelligence-led,system-empowered,and risk-aware"approaches is essential.Strategic objectives include enhancing academic innovation,technological breakthroughs,decision support,platform development,talent cultivation,and global influence.This will be advanced through seven key projects,such as a fishery economics big data platform,green technology assessment,supply chain resilience,and global governance research,supported by coordinated organization,diversified funding,data sharing,talent development,and international cooperation.These efforts will drive historic progress in the discipline,bolstering national food security,rural revitalization,and maritime power.关键词
