广西壮族自治区海洋渔业高质量发展对策研究
Research on countermeasures for the high-quality development of marine fisheries in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region
摘要
Abstract
Guangxi has superior conditions for marine fisheries,a solid foundation for fishery development,and a relatively complete industrial chain.In recent years,significant progress has been made in scientific and technological innovation,green transformation,and opening up and cooperation.However,compared with other coastal provinces,there are still issues such as slow expansion of mariculture into the deep and remote seas,a weak foundation for distant-water fisheries,a low level of marine ranching development,a relatively small-scale aquatic product processing industry,and an imperfect circulation system.With the goal of high-quality development of marine fisheries,efforts should be made to consolidate and optimize the two core industries of mariculture and marine fishing,improve the development level of supporting industries,create an intensive development model,strengthen the construction of the aquatic product circulation system,cultivate new business forms of fishery-tourism integration,further expand the opening up of marine fisheries,and formulate and implement targeted support policies.关键词
