摘要
Abstract
Sea-related companies are important micro subjects to promote the development of marine economy, and it is crucial to comprehensively investigate the economic effect of independent innovation of sea-related companies to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of marine economy.Based on the micro data of China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share sea-related companies from 2007 to 2023,this paper examines the effect of the independent innovation capability of sea-related companies on their internal labor income share and the mechanism of the effect by using a two-way fixed effect model. It is found that the independent innovation capability significantly increases the labor income share within the sea-related companies, and this effect is especially obvious in the samples of sea-related companies that are non-state-owned,have low price markup ability, and belong to the secondary industry. The mechanism analysis suggests that the independent innovation capacity of sea-related companies can positively affect the labor income share by expanding the employment scale and increasing the average wage level of ordinary employees.Further analysis reveals that the independent innovation capacity of sea-related companies helps to alleviate internal income distribution imbalance while increasing the overall labor income share. The research of the article reveals that the independent innovation capacity of sea-related companies has significant income distribution effects at the micro level, which is an important theoretical revelation for optimizing the innovation strategy of sea-related companies, improving the pattern of income distribution, and realizing common prosperity.关键词
