基于CiteSpace与VOSviewer可视化分析探讨艾灸防治骨关节炎的研究动态与发展趋势
Visual analysis of moxibustion for osteoarthritis prevention and treatment:research trends and prospects based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer

Abstract
Objective Based on bibliometric analysis,this study aims to provide new ideas for the research direction of moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis at home and abroad,including the current research status,research hotspots,and future frontier trends.Methods Conduct bibliometric statistics and visual analysis on Chinese and English literature related to moxibustion treatment of osteoarthritis published in the Web of Science Core Collection Database and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database from January 2003 to April 2024.Results 2534 Chinese and 107 English literatures were published respectively,and the annual publication volume showed an increasing trend year by year.China is the country with the highest number of publications,with Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine being the institution with the highest number of Chinese publications and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine being the institution with the highest number of English publications.Among the authors,Wu Yongli is the author with the highest number of Chinese publications,while Shen Xueyong is the author with the highest number of English publications.By analyzing the research directions,keyword clustering,and keyword emergence of various academic teams,the research hotspots of moxibustion treatment for osteoarthritis are focused on inflammatory factors,joint function,proteins,diagnosis,etc.In addition to acupuncture and moxibustion,warm acupuncture and moxibustion and other therapies that have continued to be studied,bone metabolism,inflammatory factors,pain have also become new research directions in recent years.Conclusion The research on moxibustion treatment of osteoarthritis is still in the development stage,constantly integrating molecular biology,cellular immunology and other methods.In the future,interdisciplinary and multi means treatment will be explored,high-quality research will be strengthened,and the multidimensional and in-depth development of moxibustion treatment of osteoarthritis will be promoted.关键词
