摘要
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis is a progressive disease characterized by chronic inflammation and immune dysfunction,mainly manifested as synovial inflammation of the joints,cartilage and bone destruction.It not only leads to joint deformity and loss of function,but may also cause extra-articular manifestations such as cardiovascular diseases and interstitial lung disease,often accompanied by psychological distress,seriously reducing the quality of life and social participation of patients.Patients with rheumatoid arthritis have different educational needs.Young patients are more concerned about the impact of the disease on fertility and career development,while elderly patients attach importance to maintaining daily activity ability and preventing complications.Effective patient education can significantly improve patients'understanding of the disease,self-management ability and treatment compliance,and relieve their psychological burden.Good discharge guidance and regular follow-up should be provided to eliminate or reduce health-threatening factors,promote disease recovery,improve quality of life,reduce recurrence rate and disability rate,and at the same time improve treatment compliance and alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.Through individualized health education programs,helping patients master disease management skills is a key link to achieve long-term disease control.关键词
