幽门螺杆菌与口腔微生态的相互作用及其口腔致病性的研究进展
Research progress on the interaction between Helicobacter pylori and the oral microbiome and its oral pathogenicity
摘要
Abstract
Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is a Gram-negative,microaerophilic bacterium and a major etiological agent in gastrointestinal diseases such as chronic gastritis,peptic ulcers,and gastric cancer.The infection rate of Hp remains high in the population,with frequent recurrence and reinfection even after successful eradication therapy.Recent studies have revealed that Hp can colonize the oral cavity,where it interacts with common oral pathogenic bacteria(e.g.,Streptococcus mutans and Porphyromonas gingivalis).These interactions are closely linked to the development and progression of prevalent oral diseases and may compromise gastric Hp eradication efficacy.This review aims to explore current research advances on the association between oral Hp infection and common oral pathologies such as dental caries,periodontitis,and recurrent aphthous ulcers.关键词
