微创穿刺术治疗脑室出血的相关进展
Current progress and perspectives of minimally invasive puncture surgery in the intraventricular hemorrhage

Abstract
Minimally invasive puncture surgery has been an important treatment for intraventricular hemorrhage in recent years,and its clinical efficacy has been significantly improved so far,especially with the assistance of imaging technology,minimally invasive puncture can make the hematoma clearance rate reach 70%-90%for intraventricular hemorrhage.Surgical precision and stability have been significantly enhanced through the integration of neuronavigation and robotic-assisted technologies,demonstrating particular advantages in the removal of deep intraventricular hematomas.However,current research is limited by small sample sizes,heterogeneous outcome measures,and short follow-up periods.Future research should focus on establishing multi-center databases,developing standardized assessment protocols,implementing long-term follow-up studies,and integrating imaging and novel technologies to guide personalized treatment strategies.By integrating individualized approach planning,real-time image monitoring and intelligent surgical system,it is expected to further improve hematoma clearance rate and improve patient prognosis.This article reviews the recent progress of minimally invasive puncture surgery in the treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage.关键词
