中医适宜技术在维持性血液透析患者疲乏中的应用进展
Progress in the application of appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine to fatigue in maintenance hemodialysis patients
摘要
Abstract
Fatigue is one of the most common complications in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and its incidence rate is gradually increasing,seriously affecting their quality of life and clinical prognosis.Therefore,it is imperative to actively explore effective treatment methods.With its unique theoretical system,appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine can provide more comprehensive and personalized prevention and treatment plans for hemodialysis patients,and show unique advantages in improving the fatigue of maintenance hemodialysis patients.This paper expounds the concept,etiology and mechanism of fatigue in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and the application of relevant appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine,and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine in maintenance hemodialysis patients'fatigue,in order to provide reference for reducing fatigue symptoms and improving quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients.关键词
