伤口治疗师主导下的多学科诊疗模式在慢性难愈性伤口治疗中的研究进展
Research progress on the application of multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment mode led by wound therapists in the treatment of chronic difficult to heal wounds
摘要
Abstract
With the accelerated aging of the population and the dynamic change of disease spectrum,the incidence of chronic wounds has shown a continuous rise,which has become a new challenge in the field of global public health.In 2023,the World Health Organization(WHO)recommended the application of multi-disciplinary treatment models in chronic disease management.The multi-disciplinary treatment model led by wound therapists can integrate the medical resources needed for the disease,break the barriers of specialization,and provide professional,comprehensive and personalized treatment,which is gradually becoming a new development trend in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds.This study will discuss the relevant concepts,multi-disciplinary treatment organization structure,current situation and model outlook and innovation,analyze the deficiencies and make recommendations,with a view to accelerating the standardization of the domestic wound therapist-led multi-disciplinary treatment model in the application of chronic refractory wounds.关键词
