基于CiteSpace对2004-2024年中医药治疗阴挺研究的可视化分析
Visual analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment for Yinting from 2004 to 2024 based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective Yinting significantly threatens women's health.This study uses visual analysis to clarify the research trends of TCM in treating Yinting,exploring hotspots and providing references for future research and clinical practice.Methods Based on 190 literatures from CNKI,CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to analyze publication trends,author-institution collaboration,and keywords,constructing maps and mining potential information.Results Annual publications showed a fluctuating upward trend with moderate research heat.Core authors had limited outputs,and cross-institutional collaboration networks were absent.Research focused on uterine prolapse,acupuncture,and syndrome differentiation.Advances included mechanisms of acupuncture for pelvic floor recovery and preemptive intervention for Pianpo constitution(biased constitution)via syndrome differentiation.Conclusion This study offers a comprehensive perspective via CiteSpace.Non-surgical therapies hold great potential,calling for strengthened cross-institutional collaboration and innovative treatment protocols.关键词
