基于代谢组学技术的运动头针对中风后肢体痉挛患者步态及平衡能力的影响研究
Study on the influence of motion-style scalp acupuncture based on metabolomics technology for gait and balance ability of patients with limb spasms after apoplexy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of motion-style scalp acupuncture based on metabolomics technology for gait and balance ability of patients with limb spasms after apoplexy.Methods A total of 80 patients with limb spasms after apoplexy in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to June 2024 were divided into two groups by the random number table.40 patients of control group were treated with conventional treatment combined with exercise therapy,40 cases of observation group were treated with conventional treatment combined with motion-style scalp acupuncture based on metabolomics technology.Then the total effective rates for limb spasms,gait analysis indexes(step frequency,step speed,support phase and swing phase)and balance ability(Berg balance scale and balance test results[gravity center swing speed at different states])before the treatment and at forth week after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate for limb spasms of observation group at forth week after the treatment was 92.50%,and it was significantly higher than the rate(70.00%)of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the gait analysis indexes,Berg balance scale and gravity center swing speed at different states of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the support phase and gravity center swing speed at different states of observation group at forth week after the treatment were significantly lower than those of control group,the step frequency,step speed and swing phase were significantly higher than those of control group,the composition of Berg balance scale were significantly better than those of control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05),and the support phase and gravity center swing speed at different states of two groups at forth week after the treatment were significantly lower than those within group before the treatment,the step frequency,step speed and swing phase were significantly higher than those within group before the treatment,the composition of Berg balance scale were significantly better than those within group before the treatment,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The motion-style scalp acupuncture based on metabolomics technology can significantly improve the gait and balance ability of patients with limb spasms after apoplexy,so its application value in the patients with limb spasms after apoplexy is higher.关键词
