从卫气营血理论探讨银屑病关节炎的辨证论治及传变规律

摘要
Abstract
The theory of Wei Qi Ying Xue constitutes a pivotal component of warm disease theory in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),providing a comprehensive framework distinct from singular pathogenetic concepts like phlegm-turbidity,blood stasis,or visceral dysfunction for understanding the pathogenesis and treatment of psoriatic arthritis(PsA).As a heterogeneous chronic inflammatory disease,approximately 30%of psoriasis patients progress to PsA,yet its pathological mechanisms remain incompletely elucidated,with unclear molecular correlations between cutaneous and articular manifestations,resulting in limited therapeutic efficacy in current clinical practice.This study investigates the syndrome differentiation and treatment principles as well as disease progression patterns through the Wei Qi Ying Xue theoretical lens,exploring its application in both cutaneous lesions and arthritis manifestations of psoriatic arthritis.The TCM perspective interprets PsA pathogenesis via the"heat-toxin sinking inward,progressing from Wei to Ying"transformation mechanism,which visually demonstrates the symptom evolution from"cutaneous erythema"to"joint swelling-pain"along disease progression from superficial to deep layers and mild to severe stages.This theoretical approach provides effective clinical guidance and expands therapeutic strategies for psoriatic arthritis management.关键词
