基于CiteSpace对放射性皮炎中西医研究热点及趋势的可视化分析
CiteSpace-based Visualization of Research Hotspots and Trends of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Radiation Dermatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective In order to deeply understand the research status and research hotspots of traditional Chinese and Western medicine related to radiation dermatitis in the past 30 years in China,and to provide a certain direction for future research.Methods CiteSpace mapping software was used to visually analyze the literature related to radiation dermatitis in China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)database from 1994 to 2023.Results The annual publication volume basically showed an upward trend and declined slightly in recent years.There were many cooperations and exchanges among authors in the same institution,but not much cooperation with authors in other institutions.Among them,Beijing university of Chinese medicine had the closest cooperation with other institutions.The research hotspots were mainly the relationship between radiation dermatitis and breast cancer,and the prevention and treatment methods of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Conclusion At present,most of the research is based on personal clinical experience observation,lacking large-scale and multi-center research.There is no unified prevention and treatment standard for radiation dermatitis.Western medicine treatment lacks effective means,while traditional Chinese medicine treatment has significant advantages.This study will provide data and theoretical support for the treatment of radiation dermatitis with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
