Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)dual-track teaching model based on multidisciplinary team(MDT)concept in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rehabilitation practice teaching.Methods A total of sixty-eight undergraduate interns majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine who were rotating in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 34 students in each group.Among them,the students in the control group were given traditional practice teaching,and the stu-dents in the experimental group were given CBL+PBL dual-track teaching mode under the MDT concept.The results of the theoretical examination,practical skill operation assessment,and teaching effect evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results The experi-mental group was superior to the control group in the scores of the theoretical examination and practical skill operation assessment and overall satisfaction rate of teaching effect,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL+PBL dual-track teaching method based on MDT concept has positive teaching significance,which can improve the students'active learning abil-ity and doubt-solving ability,and enhance their TCM rehabilitation thinking ability and clinical practice ability,which is worthy of promotion in TCM Rehabilitation teaching.
