Abstract
Given the objective reality that HVAC systems account for a high proportion of both initial construction costs and long-term operational energy consumption in super high-rise mixed-use projects,this study explores strategies for selecting rational fire protection and air-conditioning designs tailored to diverse functional zones.The primary objectives are to minimize initial investment while achieving energy-efficient system operation.Through innovative design approaches and critical reflections on actual project case studies,this paper proposes optimized solutions to common HVAC challenges.The findings provide valuable references for future HVAC system design in similar engineering projects,demonstrating significant improvements in cost-effectiveness and sustainability.关键词
