摘要

Abstract

This paper takes the refrigeration room of a commercial building in Xi'an as the research object,and analyzes its actual operating data in 2024.The results show that the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration room of this commercial building is 5.31 throughout the year,and the annual energy efficiency level reaches level one,close to the leading level;Due to the high outdoor temperature and large pedestrian flow on August 7,2024 at 17:00,the peak load of the commercial building reached 9208kW(117W/m2)on August 7,2024 at 17:00;The 1#refrigeration unit did not operate throughout 2024,indicating that the refrigeration capacity of the commercial building's refrigeration room is large;The energy efficiency ratio of the actual operating point of the refrigeration unit is less than 10%lower than the rated operating point,indicating that the operating condition is better than most similar units,with a better operating condition;The conveying coefficients of the chilled water pumps are all greater than 25,indicating a good energy efficiency level.The conveying coefficients of the cooling water pumps are all greater than 40,indicating an excellent energy efficiency level;The actual performance of the cooling tower is superior to its rated performance.
