摘要
Abstract
This study investigates the heat and mass transfer conservation characteristics of the working process in a closed-loop heat pump drying and dehumidification system.By analyzing the calculation method and influencing factors of the system's comprehensive dehumidification energy efficiency ratio(SMERA),it is proposed that SMERA depends solely on the unit's refrigeration energy efficiency ratio(EER),moisture separation coefficient,and heat leakage coefficient.Furthermore,the study reveals that an optimal evaporation temperature exists to maximize SMERA.A design scheme for setting the heating capacity,evaporation temperature,and condensation load of the heat pump drying unit is proposed,providing critical references for the design of closed-loop drying systems.Specifically.关键词
