摘要
Abstract
Antiphospholipid syndrome(APS)is an autoimmune disease characterized by arterial/ve-nous thrombosis,adverse pregnancy outcomes,and persistent positivity of antiphospholipid antibodies.Vitamin D exerts antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and immunomodulatory effects.In patients with APS,decreased ser-um vitamin D level is significantly related to thrombotic events or obstetric complications.Consequently,clini-cians need to pay attention to the mediating role of vitamin D in the pathogenesis of APS,as this is critical for preventing complications and guiding targeted therapy.This article reviews recent advances in understaing the contribution of vitamin D to APS pathogenesis.关键词
