摘要
Abstract
The allergic process is a pathological process that spans the entire lifecycle,typically mani-festing as a sequential progression from atopic dermatitis(AD)in infancy to food allergies,asthma,and al-lergic rhinitis(AR).Increasing research indicates that dendritic cells(DCs)play a crucial role in allergic inflammation.Among them,conventional dendritic cells(cDCs)induce Th2-type immune responses,promo-ting the onset and progression of allergic diseases,while plasmacytoid dendritic cells(pDCs)exhibit unique immune regulatory potential,playing a key role in both pro-inflammatory and immune homeostasis maintenance.However,how the immune regulatory mechanisms mediated by pDCs affect the staged evolution of the allergic process remains a core scientific issue that needs to be addressed urgently in this field.This article aims to review the potential functional heterogeneity of pDCs in different stages of allergic reactions,providing a theoretical basis for further understanding of the immune regulatory roles of DC subsets in allergic diseases.关键词
