基于"植物-土壤反馈"逻辑构架的智慧农业人才培养"四维"模型重塑

Abstract
Facing the"negative feedback"dilemma of global agriculture,including production capacity bottlenecks,environ-mental degradation,and the"2050 food challenge",traditional talent cultivation models are proving inadequate.Breaking through these constraints and innovating educational philosophies are urgent priorities.This paper posits that the core wisdom of trans-forming"negative feedback"into"positive feedback"inherent in nature's"plant-soil feedback"(PSF)mechanism is key to unlock-ing a sustainable agricultural future.Therefore,the cultivation of smart agriculture professionals must evolve beyond simple techni-cal instruction to equip students with the"ecological wisdom"to manage complex ecosystems,discern agricultural patterns from data,and forge green innovation capabilities to meet future challenges.Retaining an industrial revolution-era pedagogical logic will hinder the development of new-era agricultural talent capable of addressing these future adversities.Consequently,this re-search aims to achieve a systemic reform in smart agriculture talent cultivation practices,guided by the ecological wisdom of"regulating plant-soil feedback for sustainable agriculture".We distill the core philosophy of PSF-its tenets of dynamism,mutual feedback,and systemicity-into the"soul of wisdom"for modern agricultural talent development,and on this foundation,construct a"Four-Dimensional"talent cultivation model encompassing knowledge,ability,literacy,and values.This endeavor seeks to re-shape talent cultivation philosophies and drive agriculture towards a more resilient and sustainable future.关键词
