A Critical Review of Community Resilience:Knowledge Framework and Future Directions
摘要
Abstract
High levels of uncertainty are introducing new risks to communities,and making the development of resilient communities become a critical direction in social governance.By reviewing 1 046 publications from 2000 to 2024 in the field of community resilience,the research status and frontier hotspots are analyzed,and a knowledge framework for community resilience is constructed.The study reveals that:①Research on communi-ty resilience has transitioned from an initial exploratory phase into a stage of steady growth,with increasingly ac-tive theoretical development and practical discussions,making it a focal point across multiple disciplines.② Cur-rent studies primarily focus on the antecedent conditions,process mechanisms,and enhancement strategies of community resilience.③An"ontology—process—value"framework for community resilience research is built accordingly.The ontology dimension addresses the origins of community resilience,encompassing theoretical foundations and conceptual systems.The process dimension examines the manifestations of community resil-ience,involving operational mechanisms and evaluation models.The value dimension responds to resilience en-hancement,focusing on critical elements and strategic pathways.关键词
