人工智能赋能高职院校高技能人才创新培养研究
A study on the empowerment of innovative cultivation of high-skilled talents by artificial intelligence in higher vocational colleges
摘要
Abstract
Artificial intelligence technology provides new opportunities and challenges for innovative training of high-skilled talents in vocational colleges.At present,there are problems in higher vocational education such as insufficient depth of industry education collaboration,structural imbalance in professional ability cultivation,rigid teaching supply mode,and difficulties in adapting to digital transformation.Artificial intelligence empowers professional settings and curriculum system reform,innovative teaching modes and methods,development of teaching resources,optimization of practical teaching and skills training,construction of teaching staff,construction of teaching evaluation system,career planning and job matching,etc.,which can improve the quality of education and meet the demand of society for high-quality and high skilled talents.关键词
