基于静息态功能磁共振成像探讨针刺干预轻度认知障碍的研究探析
Research Exploration on Acupuncture Intervention for MCI Based on Resting-State fMRI

Abstract
Mild cognitive impairment(MCI),as a prodromal manifestation of Alzheimer's disease,not only impairs patients' ability to perform daily activities and adapt socially but also imposes a heavy burden on families.Currently,there is no effective pharmacological treatment for MCI.In recent years,acupuncture has been shown to improve cognitive function,although its mechanisms of action remain complex.Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI),with its ability to accurately localize abnormal cognitive brain regions,provides valuable visual evidence to support the central mechanisms underlying acupuncture treatment for MCI.This review summarizes the current research on resting-state fMRI studies of acupuncture in the treatment of MCI,focusing on two key aspects:functional segregation(local spontaneous brain activity)and functional integration(functional connectivity of brain networks).Based on the current literature,this study discusses existing challenges and provides perspectives for future study designs,addressing key factors such as subject selection,acupuncture intervention protocols,MRI scanning parameters,and data analysis methods.关键词
