温阳通络针法治疗寒湿型非特异性腰痛的临床研究
Clinical Study on Wenyang Tongluo Acupuncture in Treating Non-Specific Low Back Pain of Cold-Damp Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture in treating non-specific low back pain of cold-damp syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 patients with low back pain of cold-damp syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture,and the control group was treated with needle-warming moxibustion.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Observation indicators included TCM cold-damp syndrome score,lumbar range of motion(LRM),low back pain severity(VAS and JOA scores),serum inflammatory factors(IL-6 and TNF-α),and quality of life scale(SF-12).Adverse reactions were recorded,clinical efficacy was evaluated,and recurrence of low back pain was assessed at a 2-month follow-up.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,excluding dropouts and eliminated cases,48 patients in the observation group and 45 in the control group completed the study.After treatment,between-group comparisons revealed statistically significant differences in TCMS,LRM(except for rotation angle),VAS,JOA,IL-6,TNF-α,and SF-12(both PCS and MCS)scores(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 93.75％(45/48)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 82.22％(37/45)in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rates also differed significantly between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture method,which warms and promotes Yang-Qi of Kidney,Spleen,and Du meridian,is more effective than needle-warming moxibustion in alleviating pain symptoms,improving lumbar mobility,reducing serum inflammatory factors,and enhancing both physical and mental health in patients with non-specific low back pain of cold-damp syndrome.Moreover,it demonstrates higher clinical safety and longer-lasting therapeutic effects,making it highly worthy of wider clinical application.关键词
