Abstract
The development of new quality productivity forces has created an urgent demand for highly skilled technical professionals.As the core carriers for connecting regional industries and cultivating characteristic talents,the quality of vocational colleges'professional clusters directly impacts the effectiveness of nurturing new-type productive forces in regional industries.This paper takes the Intelligent Shoe manufacturing technology professional group of Meizhouwan Vocational Technical College as the research object,exploring its internal logic,practical dilemmas,and implementation paths in empowering new quality productive forces.Practice demonstrates that through complementary elements and coordinated objectives,the cluster establishes a four-dimensional closed-loop interaction mechanism.By optimizing professional layout,building platforms,industry―education integration,and allocating resources,it constructs a systematic and actionable implementation path to deepen synergy between the professional cluster and local industrial chains,providing replicable experiences for the construction of professional clusters in local higher vocational colleges.关键词
