Exploring an Integrated Educational Model for Leather Products Design and Manufacturing in Vocational Schools

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the Jinjiang footwear industry cluster and the high-quality development of vocational education,this paper takes the leather products design and manufacturing major at Jinjiang Overseas Chinese Vocational Secondary School as a case study to explore an integrated educational model for industry,academia,and research at the secondary vocational school level.Relying on the Industry-Academia-Research Footwear Pattern Innovation and R&D Center,the school has constructed an integrated platform encompassing classroom teaching,on-the-job practice,technological R&D,and social services through measures such as implementing a modern apprenticeship system,promoting"one course,two teachers"blended classrooms,and establishing school-enterprise joint project teams.Practice shows that this model has achieved significant results in areas such as competition awards,employment quality,the construction of national planning textbooks and high-quality online open courses,as well as patent applications and enterprise service capabilities,providing a referable path for secondary vocational schools to serve regional advantageous industries.关键词
