This paper examines the growing severity of insomnia and the inevitable trend towards intelligent sleep aid product design.It discusses the concept,classification,and development trends of sleep aid products both domestically and internationally.The review highlights essential design principles for intelligent sleep aid products,emphasizing user-centricity,technical feasibility,and interactive design.Finally,it explores future trends,such as personalization,multi-modal interaction,and integration with smart home ecosystems,alongside challenges like technological limitations,user acceptance,and data privacy.关键词
