Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of health education combined with positive suggestion intervention under the Green model on patients with sudden deafness(SSNHL).Method:A total of 92 patients with SSNHL admitted to sample hospitals from August 2023 to January 2025 were prospectively selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group(receiving conventional health education intervention,46 cases)and the observation group(receiving health education combined with positive suggestion intervention under the Green model on the basis of the control group,46 cases).The nursing efficacy,negative emotions[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],quality of life[World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-Short Form(WHOQOL-BREF)]and total satisfaction level of nursing after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of nursing,WHOQOL-BREF,and nursing satisfaction score in the observation group after intervention were all higher than those in the control group,while the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education based on the Green model combined with positive suggestion intervention can effectively improve the nursing quality of SSNHL patients,reduce their negative emotions,and enhance their quality of life and satisfaction with the nursing in the hospital.关键词
