摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of background music intervention combined with the hammock position on growth and developmental indicators in preterm infants.Method:A total of 103 preterm infants admitted to Shougang Shuigang Hospital in Liupanshui City from January 2023 to December 2024 were enrolled. They were divided into two groups based on different nursing protocols:the control group(n=50)received hammock positioning intervention, while the observation group(n=53)received background music intervention combined with hammock positioning.Physical development, neurological development,EEG characteristics, sleep patterns, and milk intake were compared between groups.Result:At 2 and 4 weeks post-intervention,the observation group demonstrated superior physical and neurological development compared to the control group.Daily sleep duration was longer in the observation group, and milk intake was higher, with all differences statistically significant(P<0.05).At 4 weeks post-intervention,the observation group demonstrated significantly higher values than the control group in EEG pattern continuity,sleep-wake cycles,lower-marginal amplitude, and spectral bandwidth(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of background music intervention and hammock positioning promotes physical and neurological growth in preterm infants while enhancing brain function, warranting clinical application.关键词
