丽水市女性产后性功能障碍调查分析及临床干预研究
Investigation and Analysis of Postpartum Sexual Dysfunction in Women in Lishui City and Clinical Intervention Study

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the prevalence of postpartum female sexual dysfunction(PFSD)and the efficacy of clinical interventions in Lishui City.Method:A cross-sectional survey combined with a randomized controlled trial was conducted.From January to August 2024,184 postpartum women who underwent health check-ups at the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Lishui City were selected.The prevalence of PFSD was assessed via questionnaires.The experimental group received pelvic floor muscle training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy,while the control group underwent only routine pelvic floor muscle training.Pelvic floor muscle strength,anxiety/depression and sexual function were compared between groups before and after intervention.Result:The prevalence of PFSD among postpartum women was 43.48%(80/184).Post-intervention,the experimental group showed significantly higher rates of pelvic floor muscle strength recovery to Grade III or above compared to the control group(P<0.05).Both groups exhibited reduced SAS/SDS scores(P<0.05),with greater reduction in the experimental group.Sexual function assessments revealed that the experimental group had lower dyspareunia scores,higher sexual frequency,and improved orgasm scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high prevalence of PFSD in postpartum women in Lishui City may be associated with pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and psychological factors.Combined pelvic floor muscle training and biofeedback electrical stimulation significantly improves pelvic floor muscle strength,and alleviates anxiety/depression.关键词
