Evolution Logic and Pathway Choices for the Digital Transformation of Vocational Education Empowered by New-quality Productivity from the Perspective of Complex Adaptive Systems Theory

Abstract
Driven by globalization and digitalization,the rapid development of new-quality productivity provides strong momentum for the digital transformation of vocational education.Complex Adaptive Systems(CAS)Theory offers a reasonable framework to understand the evolution logic and pathway choices of new-quality productivity empowering the digital transformation of vocational education.The evolution logic includes evolution characteristics and mechanisms.The characteristics reflect the aggregation of resources integration and sharing to enhance educational efficiency,the non-linearity of dynamic adjustments to meet high-quality development needs,the flows that drive the optimization and innovation of vocational education ecosystem,and the diversity in leveraging new technologies to enable personalized learning.The mechanisms involve the tagging mechanism enabling precise identification of individual needs through digital tags,the internal models mechanism enabling intelligent simulation to optimize the vocational education system,and the building blocks mechanism that constructs modular teaching to optimize resources allocation through synergistic effects,shaping a self-optimizing,dynamically adjusting,and continuously innovating Complex Adaptive Systems.Based on this,the pathway choices include building an open and shared digital education resources platform,innovating digital technology to enable personalized teaching models,adapting flexibly to the digital transformation and upgrading of vocational education,and creating diverse learning pathways to meet varied needs.关键词
