The Framework,Elements and Directions of Digital Transformation of Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Organizational Inertia
摘要
Abstract
The digital transformation of vocational education is a key path to adapt to the needs of local economic and social development and the demands of industrial development.However,vocational colleges are confronted with the problems of"unwillingness to transform"or"inability to transform"during the process of digital transformation.Factors restricting the digital transformation of vocational colleges from the perspective of organizational inertia include:the ineffective organizational change leads to the lagging adaptation of the organization to environmental changes,resources inertia hinders the effective operation of the organization,path dependence makes it difficult for the organization to break through the existing development trajectory.The directions of digital transformation in vocational colleges in the future should focus on innovating cognitive concepts and stimulating the internal driving force for digital transformation;innovate the organizational structure and build a"digital twin"campus operation system;optimize data governance and promote the effective embedding of intelligent technologies;focus on key resources and enhance the support of internal and external collaborations.关键词
