The Logic,Dilemma and Paths of Promoting National Innovation System Construction through Innovative Talents Cultivation in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract
In the context of China's accelerated construction of national innovation system,higher vocational colleges are expected to cultivate innovative skilled talents who can support industrial upgrading and regional innovation.Based on the strategic needs of national development,this study systematically examines the logical foundations,current conditions,key challenges,and practical pathways of innovative talent cultivation in higher vocational education.The findings show that the strategic logic of cultivating innovative talents lies in reinforcing the innovation capability framework,enhancing industry-education collaboration,and expanding innovation resources to promote the effectiveness of the national innovation system.Although higher vocational colleges have made initial progress,significant structural deficiencies remain in policy implementation,professional structures,curriculum systems,practice platforms,faculty capacity,and industry cooperation,resulting in misalignment between talent cultivation and technological innovation demands.To integrate higher vocational education more deeply into the national innovation system,it is essential to reconstruct the talent cultivation objectives,re-design professional and curriculum structures based on industrial technology chains,build real innovation practice environments,strengthen dual-qualification faculty teams,establish in-depth industry-education collaboration mechanisms,and improve evaluation systems for innovative technical and skilled talents.关键词
