从"谋业"到"人本":职业教育人才培养的转向与重构
From"Employment-oriented"to"Human-centered":Shift and Reconstruction of Vocational Education Talent Cultivation

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the national strategy of building a powerful education country,vocational education is undergoing a fundamental transformation from"employment-oriented"to"human-centered".Its core lies in transcending mere skills training to cultivate well-rounded individuals equipped with sustainable development capabilities and the potential for self-realization.To systematically implement this shift,vocational education is striving to promote holistic reconstruction across its philosophy,objectives,system,pathways and evaluation:at the philosophical level,emphasizing elevation from"adaptability"to"transcendence";at the objective level,promoting extension from"employment-based"to"all-round development";at the systemic level,facilitating a transition from being"closed and fragmented"to"open and integrated",actively constructing an educational ecology that supports lifelong learning;at the pathway level,advancing from"skills cultivation"to deepening"comprehensive quality cultivation",continuously improving the multi-collaborative education model;and at the evaluation level,guiding an expansion from"singular quantification"to"multi-dimensional comprehensiveness",with greater focus on educational effectiveness and students'long-term development.Through the aforementioned systematic reform,the aim is to foster a favorable educational ecology where everyone can develop their talents and fully realize their potential,ultimately achieving the coordinated and unified development goal of individual growth and social progress.关键词
