摘要

Abstract

Enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is a contemporary requirement for vocational education to contribute to the construction of a powerful education country.The adaptability of vocational education is a process of coordinated adaptation and organic integration between vocational education and the economic and social system.Under the background of building a powerful education country,the connotation of vocational education adaptability has been expanded,specifically manifested in the highlighting of the characteristics of vocational education as a type of education,the inherent main line of industry-education integration,and the driving force for the growth of skilled personnel.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current dilemmas in the development of vocational education adaptability.On this basis,vocational education urgently needs to respond to the construction of a powerful education country through practical approaches such as strengthening the characteristics of vocational education as a type of education and building a modern vocational education system;innovating industry-education integration models and optimizing the supply structure of skilled personnel;and building a talent development support ecosystem to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education.
